terms of service
general disclaimers
• i reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.• disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and your commission will be discontinued if it occurs.• commissions are for personal use only. if you wish to use them commercially, we will need to discuss additional fees for commercial rights.
payment
• listed prices are the base prices, and the final price may alter slightly based on factors such and details and complexity.• payment only through direct bank transfer or PayPal• all commission types require a minimum 50% deposit before i begin work. once the sketch is approved, any remaining balance must be paid in full before the commission will be completed.• a design fee will be charged for clients with no visual references that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or collection of photos.
process
• for all commission types, i will accept one complete revision during the sketch stage at no further cost.• one major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch stage at no further cost.• additional major revisions will incur an additional fee.• excessive minor revision will incur an additional fee.• revisions due to my own negligence are free.
copyright & usage policy
• i, the artist, retain the rights to any commissioned work• i reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.• i reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.• any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.• the final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.• you may repost and share your commission, as long as credit is given to @vesaniart.
you, the commissioner, may:• use the commission as a profile picture/header/banner/etc.• print the artwork for personal use.• post the artwork to your own social media, with clear credit.
you, the commissioner, may not:• claim the artwork is yours.• use the piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.• reproduce the work commercially without purchasing a commercial licence.
cancellation & refunds
• once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.• you may cancel the commission any time, after which i will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.• i reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.• you may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
